Transliteration

  1. Praying in an Open Area 

It is recommended to perform the Eid prayer in an open area, such as a mosque, prayer ground, or stadium, to accommodate a large congregation.

  1. Two Rak’ahs

The Eid prayer consists of two Rak’ahs (units of prayer) with additional Takbeerat in each Rak’ah. The prayer is led by an Imam, and it includes specific Takbeerat and supplications.
